I'd really like some longer races, Ones where the next mark is hardly visible if at all. Ones with big long tacked legs and maybe silly heavy winds in some regions of it. Something with an estimated running time of 30 mins or so. The sea is calling, the Vendée Globe has finished, I need my fix!!

When MarineVerse Mac version ?

For sailing and docking is small stopper for wheel needed. On reall boat is wheel stopper to fix the direction. For docking is also important when you use mid ship spring aft and forward thrust to keep boat in the wind pushing to pier and then you can go to the bow. Using the joystick is not comfortable.

SUGGESTED BY (Sean Nemeth): Add in the expectations of yielding right of way based on the sailing rules. Have penalties (360s) for not adhering to the rules or contact with other boats, etc.

Racing is great but so is just taking a sail on a windy day. How about a free mode where you can just sail along the shore line wherever you want.

SUGGESTED BY (John Frings): As suggested by ileeze on Discord, a cruising mode with some small islands to navigate around would be nice. Especially if the wind (and perhaps even currents) would be dynamic to some degree.

SUGGESTED BY (Bob): Regarding the menu board you call up the from the left controller. Is it same throughout the game or can it be specific to where you're at in the game?  
For example, if you're in multi-player race, can an option be added to the menu for going directly back to the lobby without hitting the main menu?  
Obviously this option doesn't need to be available during other phases of the game.

Multiplayer menu / lobby

Firstly a way to keep track of what notable ports a boat has visited (within a grace of X miles). This could be a log book, collection of postcards, etc.

Secondly add achievements or something similar to provide goals for sailors, wayfinder (visit 50 ports), vende globe (hit X ports along the path of the race), pole to pole, trans atlantic, trans pacific, etc.

Both of these would add motivation and a sense of pride to the globe mode.

Have a phone app interface for global sailing since navigation around the globe or long-haul races require 24/7 attention from skipper and we cannot always be near our computer. Should have basic info and map as we currently have on PC but also have a dashboard to see sail trim so they can be adjusted according to wind direction as needed. Receive text messages if wind changes in speed (more than 10 knots) or wind direction changes (more than 10degrees).

Phone app for global sailing

Automatically change some elements of the boat at night. Map screen can go to a high contrast night version (green on black perhaps). Turn on boat navigation lights. Change the interaction highlight color scheme to a cool temperature palette.

The navigation screen, Go inside button and sails are to bright when sailing at night. It’s hard to see land due to the glare. A night mod where these things can be dimmed would be helpful.

The current chart  is largely useless. Maybe we should have a link in the quick menu to be able to display a web browser page showing the /globe/map.

In the same way that wind speed and direction is imported into the app, ocean currents can be imported (probably from the same source). This would make ocean sailing a lot more realistic.

After adding land masses with harbors, it would be great to zoom in or out on the boat's EFB (chart). Users can teleport boats worldwide.

SUGGESTED BY (Thor L. Jørgensen): Boats move on water, not just side to side. It needs to Bob in front. It felt just flat.

SUGGESTED BY (Roland Blais): At the Wheel station, the wheel is too close to the player. I have to look down, and hold the controller awkwardly to grab the wheel and steer. I compared the same stationary guardian with Big Breezy Boat and the position is much more comfortably back from the wheel.

SUGGESTED BY (Tom Leylan): The display of the Weekly and Monthly standings boards are limited. There appears to be no way to "scroll" when there are multiple pages. I just looked at monthly for instance and the list starts with the 3rd place (showing me at 6th) with no way to show who is in 1st and 2nd

The tiller extension is stuck against the tiller. Consequently, even though I'd rather steer with the tiller extension than the joystick, I am forced to use the joystick, because if I lean toward the centreline to reach the tiller, the boat heels over because I can't counter the heel angle. This is immersion breaking. 
If the tiller extension worked, I could hike to windward and still steer by moving the tiller extension. This will be more natural than using a tiny joystick.
