Adjust the centreboard on the dinghy, and add leeway to all boats.
The centreboard should be adjustable on the dinghy. It should also affect leeway. On that note, there should be leeway on all the boats; I haven't noticed any; they seem to track perfectly. Zero leeway should only occur as an option for beginners, if at all.
Obviously the centreboard position should affect both leeway and drag.
