At 67, I still miss sailing from my younger days, both in the James River/Hampton Roads area, and along the Gulf Coast of Mississippi.
At the age of 14, a friend of a relative had a 26' Pearson and invited me along. I competed as crew in a few races, and hooked up with a few other folks in smaller sailboats before moving with my parents to Mississippi in 1970. I had a Sunfish for a while there, but was soon off to college and never sailed again.
