Wind Shifts

At the momenta the wind only shifts about 30 degrees either way from north. This means that experienced gamers can anticipate wind shifts and sail the appropriate sourse knowing that if the wind does shift it will be favourable. This is not like the real world where wind shifts can continue way more. This will make the game more realistic and take away some of the unfairness outlined above (guilty as charged, though I still get it wrong now and then!).
