Tournament Overview:

Test our new tournament system featuring 1v1 yacht racing matches! The tournament will run from December 15-21, coinciding with our regular Sunday Fun Race and Windy Wednesday events.

Registration:

• Deadline: Saturday (before tournament start)
• Format: Single elimination, 1v1 matches
• Open to: All MarineVerse Cup players
• Registration button at the bottom of this page

Match Format:

• Single race determines the winner
• Yacht class only
• Course: LONG course with 1,2,3,1,3 race track configuration
• Multiplayer Settings: Collision with Right of Way (ROW) enabled

How to Participate:

1. Register by Saturday
2. After registration closes, you'll be assigned to the tournament bracket
3. Connect with your opponent on Discord to schedule your match
4. Complete your race and report the result on Discord ( You can race 1vs1 or use fleet racing. For fleet: Report your position relative to your assigned opponent only )
5. Greg will update the bracket manually to advance winners ( we will automate this later )

Important Notes:

• Each match is decided by a single race (future tournaments may use best-of-three format)
• Scheduling is flexible within the tournament period (Dec 15-21)
• Match results must be reported on Discord to progress in the tournament
