Hand and Joypad Control Seperation

SUGGESTED BY (Philip Black): I notice that if i'm using the thumbsticks that they become non responsive on occasions when trying to trim sails or steer, i've narrowed this down to my hand being near something like a rope or tiller / wheel . Might be useful to allow disabling one or the other to ensure the software isnt trying to read both at the same time.
