jib/helm control on Quest

SUGGESTED BY (Drew): When using the right joystick, it seems I cannot simultaneously adjust jib and helm, which is often necessary when rounding a mark. Currently, I'm forced to make decision between one or the other and apply them sequentially, costing precious time in a race. This limitation does not seem to affect other racers which create a performance imbalance between racers of different platforms.
