Duck under boom when tacking/jibing

SUGGESTED BY (Mike Jackson): Add as an advanced setting, where if you don't duck your head as the boom switches sides, a cartoonish "BOOM" (think Batman punch) briefly appears on screen, simulating getting whacked in the head! XD (maybe only on smaller boats)
