Round the buoy penalty for early start or hitting the buoy

Just like in real races, if you touch the buoy when rounding it, you should be told to circle around that buoy. Perhaps a voice on the radio should tell you you've been caught, and what the penalty is.
The same should apply if you cross the start line early.
