Globe - Time Trials

Add an ability to define time trials challenges, where sailors can compete for a record time to sail a certain route.

For example, Sydney to Hobart Time Trial.

( This could later be extended to Races, that are in real time together.. - Time trial works better when there is not a lot of players doing it at the same time, as anyway can enter the time trial at any time. Downside - different weather - although it creates an extra consideration - picking the best weather window to attempt a time trial )
