sailing sim like Sailaway where you can sail out at sea in different conditions

SUGGESTED BY (vro2): so, gave it a try....I honestly couldn't tell the different between the two game other than that in cup you now get to race as compare to you sail alone, it's even sail in the same yacht from VR regatta with same basic controls: mainsail and jib, I think what I'm really looking for is maybe the MarineVerse Sailboat Racing Training with downhaul and cunningham in additional to the main and jib, I guess racing is nice and all, but what I think VR world needs is a sailing sim like Sailaway where you can sail out at sea in different conditions but in VR with good graphics.
