Winch cranking is too fast and easy.

As compared to a real boat, cranking the winches takes many turns. While the game is quicker and easier, for realism many turns on the winch crank are needed when tacking from one side to the other. Also, fundamental for timing a turn is releasing the winch and letting that sheet going lazy before cranking it in on the other side.
