Realistic Throw on the wheel

The steering wheel on the yacht in MVC only turns approx 180 degress, I belive it would be more immersive if it had the full throw of a real wheel. I also think the boat should turn more sharply than it does today at full turn. ( I assume the limited throw of thr wheel is becuse usin gthe joysticks to steer would be too difficult if full rudder defelction were modeled) I would be happy to have wheel only at full throw and joy sticks limited.
