Wind and boat speed physics adjustment

By physics, running downwind is typically not getting your boat to sail faster, but for some reasons in the game starting from close haul to downwind the boat accelerates exponentially. Also, when hitting a wind gust, your boat suddenly gets booster rockets. It will get faster, but not that faster.
