Advanced sail controls, based on controller grip and twist

One way to support advanced sail trimming, i.e. twist etc would be to add a controller accelerometer based sail trim mode. I.e. point the controller at sail or winch and while holding down the side grip button twist the controllers to control other axis of the sail trim.
