This is one of the most difficult skills to learn to do well and one where it is hard to practice in the real world as there are so many factors that can mess you up, wind strength and direction, swell etc it would be great to have some form of docking practice option in different wind conditions and docking types (side-on, finger, med moor with lazy line, med moor with anchor etc)

I would love to learn/practice anchoring as well.

I'm new to sailing but hope to purchase a yacht. I do have some experience out on the water but the thing that I'd like to practise is mooring the boat. it's the one area where it's easy to damage your or somebody else's boat and it's not easy to practise in real life without certain amount of stress!
