External camera on PC could use some improvements

* You can't go up above the course as far as I can tell (only UHJK for horizontal movements).
* Jibs are glued to port side, so you can see how people trim them.
* There's no way to tell where the wind is, or what heading a boat is on.
* No indication of boat speed
* No indication of race course directions
* No visuals on the centre board or rudder in dinghy (they are just fixed)
* Some keyboard actions are not documented: Tab takes you to another boat, Esc gets you back to the menu. Maybe some others?
