SUGGESTED BY (Martin Moyse): It would be great to have a Virtual Vhf radio in the club house and aboard the boats that we could use to chat with other logged in players.. Also race announcements etc could be broadcast over the Vhf radio rather than a voice from the heavens...

This would be most useful in Multiplayer where a person comes into the lobby while a race is ongoing.
